All of life is resonating; all of life has a rhythm. Every object has a unique frequency of existence. Each colour, texture, life form, from a tree, a pebble, shell, leaf, to a feather has a resonance we can attune to. Every colour initiates and creates response, we each respond to colour and texture individually.

I am inspired through being in nature and my love of natural materials; my designs develop intuitively from this. Each day I marvel at the uniqueness of the colour produced in a single feather, the lifetime story expressed through a piece of wood of elements and changes faced and survived of times gone by.

Nature has a balanced and harmonious way of combining colour and texture to produce the most beautiful and inspiring things. My work aims to promote some of these things and of how they can be used collectively to enhance each other, whilst aiming to extend our awareness of natures beauty and demonstrate ways we may decorate and adorn ourselves with natural materials.

These individual handmade pieces are mostly made from things found in the woodlands and are sealed naturally to maintain their subtle qualities. The pieces are made from organic materials and like any natural material are better kept dry. All the beads are cut carved and threaded by hand.

By wearing these pieces attune to the natural rhythms of natures resonance, feel the peace and quietness of nature being and find that within yourself.
